Led the deployment of Advanced Metering Infrastructure — a smart grid modernization initiative replacing legacy metering with networked smart meters for real-time usage data and outage detection.

This deployment moved the utility from legacy metering to a connected AMI environment. I led the implementation work required to modernize field devices, data collection, and the supporting systems needed for real-time insight.

The project improved visibility into usage and outages while setting the stage for broader smart grid capabilities. It was an infrastructure modernization effort with direct operational value.
