Built a web-based cable modem termination system provisioning tool enabling subscriber activation and configuration. Front-office staff could provision broadband accounts in real time, eliminating ticketing to technical staff.

I built a web application that let nontechnical staff provision cable modem services directly against the provider network. Instead of opening tickets and waiting on engineering, customer-facing teams could activate and manage accounts in real time.

That cut provisioning latency and reduced operational friction, which is often where homegrown ISP tooling pays for itself.
