This project consolidated a spread of physical servers into a high-availability virtualization cluster. I led the design and rollout around Dell hardware, shared storage, and the failover approach needed for systems that could not tolerate much downtime.

The cluster reduced hardware sprawl while improving recovery speed and operational resilience for always-on workloads.
