Redesigned ICS infrastructure encompassing physical security, video surveillance, fiber optic SCADA communications, and network architecture for distribution power substations.

This redesign covered the intersection of operational technology and security. I reworked the supporting infrastructure around substations to improve resilience, visibility, and separation between critical communications systems.
The scope included surveillance, physical controls, fiber-based SCADA transport, and the network architecture required to support those systems across distributed facilities. It was infrastructure work with operational consequences, so reliability and maintainability mattered as much as the initial design.
