Launching an ISP also meant choosing the software stack that runs the business after the network is live. I handled the evaluation, selection, and implementation of the systems used for subscriber management, billing, provisioning, and operations.
The work focused on making the platform coherent end to end instead of buying disconnected products and hoping they would fit together later.
