Led the enterprise-wide migration from Daffron to NISC — the cooperative's core platform for billing, operations, and member management. Coordinated data migration, staff training, and business process alignment.

I led the move from Daffron to NISC for the cooperative’s core business platform. That required more than a technical cutover because billing, operations, and member workflows all depended on getting the transition right.
The work combined data migration, staff training, process redesign, and coordination across departments. The project was successful because the operational side received as much attention as the software itself.
