NTIA Federal Broadband Grant — Middle-Mile Fiber

I wrote the grant application that secured federal funding for middle-mile broadband expansion, then stayed with the project through delivery instead of handing it off after award. That meant translating grant language into construction milestones, documentation, and reporting that would hold up under scrutiny.
