Designed, installed, and maintained a fully redundant public IP network delivering 99.99% measured uptime. Responsible for architecture, equipment selection, and operational management of the provider's core data network.

I designed and operated the provider’s public IP network with redundancy as a first principle. Routing, transport, and equipment choices were all made around keeping customer traffic moving through failures and maintenance windows.
The network delivered 99.99 percent measured uptime, which made it one of the clearest examples of architecture discipline translating directly into service quality.
