I directed the migration from Partner to NISC Staking to improve how engineering and construction work moved from design to execution. The project centered on replacing a familiar system without losing the detail and discipline required for utility work orders.

The end result was a cleaner workflow for outside plant planning and a better fit with the rest of the cooperative’s software environment.
